Enterprise accounts include reporting tools that give you visibility into how funds are being allocated and spent across your organization. Where the History tab tells you what happened and when, reporting tells you how much and what's the trend.
Reporting is available at two levels: the team level, where you can see how a specific team is using its wallet, and the organization level, where you can see activity across your entire account.
Team-Level Reporting
When you click into any team from the Teams tab, you see that team's activity in one place. This includes funds added to the team wallet — whether from the organizational wallet, from admin pre-funding, or from approved member requests — and funds spent on projects, including project-level allocations and any refunds of unused project funds.
Team-level reporting is most useful when you want to understand how a specific group is spending. You can see whether a lab is on track to spend down its allocated budget, or whether a department is concentrating spending on a few large projects.
Organization-Level Reporting
The Organization tab includes a reporting view that surfaces activity across your entire enterprise account — all members, all teams, all projects. This is the right place to look when you want to answer broader questions: how much of your total wallet has been allocated so far, which teams are most active, or how spending is trending over time.
Upcoming Reporting Enhancements
More detailed reporting is on the way. Enterprise accounts automatically receive all feature updates as they're released, so new reporting views will appear in your dashboard without any action required on your part.
If there's a specific report or metric you'd find valuable, let your CloudResearch account manager know — we prioritize reporting features based on what enterprise customers ask for.
