The History tab in your Organization dashboard gives you a chronological record of activity across your enterprise account. Where reporting answers "how much?" and "what's the trend?", history answers "what happened, when, and who did it?"
What's in the History Tab
History records events across your organization, including:
- Funds added to or withdrawn from the organizational wallet.
- Funding requests submitted by members.
- Approvals, rejections, and modifications by admins.
- Member additions, deactivations, and status changes.
- Team creation and fund transfers between the organizational wallet and team wallets.
Each entry shows the action taken, the member involved, a timestamp, and any related amount.
How to Use History
History is most useful in three situations:
- Audit trails. When you need to document how funds moved — for a grant report, a finance review, or an internal audit — the History tab gives you a timestamped record you can reference or export.
- Investigating discrepancies. If a member says they never received funds, or a team's balance doesn't match what you expected, History shows you exactly what happened and when.
- Spot-checking activity. A quick scan of recent history tells you whether anything unusual has occurred since you last checked in — useful if you manage the enterprise account alongside other responsibilities and log in only periodically.
