Once you've added funds to your Connect account, you can download a receipt.
1) Click on your account balance from the top right corner.
2) Select the paper icon next to the transaction you need a receipt for.
3) Select the download button.
4) A message box will appear with the option to save this as a pdf or print.
You can also download a csv file of all transactions made to the account.
What if I Need a More Specific Receipt or Invoice?
1) To add details, or more information such as address, VAT, name, etc. to the invoice/receipt, click on the “settings” icon right next to the “download CSV button”
2) A box will appear where you can input all additional details needed for your invoice/receipt.
3) After inputting the info, click Save.
4) To download and preview the invoice/receipt, you can click on the paper icon.
5) If you need to make changes, repeat the above steps and edit the information as needed.

Please submit requests for invoices/receipts via email as soon as you need them, rather than waiting for multiple to build up at once. This approach helps us ensure timely processing on our end and provides you with the information you need right away. We are unable to provide an invoice for requests of transactions over 12 months ago. Thank you for your understanding.
