Promotional Offer Details

The 30-day promotional period begins when you run your first study and is applicable to NEW Academic & Non-Profit Connect researchers who have not run a Connect study before. Academics who have signed up with their academic email will automatically have the promo applied. If you are an academic who signed up for Connect without using your academic email, please email connect-support@cloudresearch.com from your academic email and include the account email where you’d like the discount applied. If you are at a non-profit you can email connect-support@cloudresearch.com and let us know which organization you are with. Our team will then process your request.

After the 30-day period ends, the Connect service fee for academic researchers will be 25% of whatever you pay participants. We do not charge for demographic targeting or quotas. Connect researchers earn $50 toward their research for each successful referral of another researcher! 

How do I Refer a Researcher?

1. Send Your Referral: Click on the “Invite” button on Connect and simply enter your colleague’s email. Want to make it more personal? You can customize the system email message. Prefer to share via other methods? Copy your personalized link and spread the word through social media, email, or text message.
   
2. They Get Started: Once your colleague signs up through your unique link, the journey begins. And yes, they will be able to run unlimited studies on Connect for 30 days with ZERO FEES!
3. They Conduct a Study: You’ll be eligible for your reward when your colleague successfully completes a study involving a minimum of 5 participants and spends at least $20.
4. You Get Rewarded: Upon the successful completion of their study, $50 will be credited to your Connect account. And the best part? There’s no limit to the number of friends you can refer!
5. Track Your Referrals: Check out your referral dashboard where you can monitor all your referrals and rewards!
