Promotional Offer Details

The 10-day promotional period begins when you run your first study and is applicable to NEW Academic & Non-Profit Connect researchers who have not run a Connect study before. Academics who have signed up with their academic email will automatically have the promo applied. If you are an academic who signed up for Connect without using your academic email, please email connect-support@cloudresearch.com from your academic email and include the account email where you’d like the discount applied. If you are at a non-profit you can email connect-support@cloudresearch.com and let us know which organization you are with. Our team will then process your request.

After the 10-day period ends, the Connect service fee for academic researchers will be 25% of whatever you pay participants. We do not charge for demographic targeting or quotas.
