In Qualtrics, responses can sometimes get stuck in the "Responses in Progress" section despite participants completing the survey. This typically occurs when participants manually exit the survey or fail to meet the Qualtrics' automatic submission criteria, such as not clicking the final submission button.
How to Check the "Responses in Progress" Section:

- Navigate to the Data & Analysis tab and switch the view to "Responses in Progress."

- Identify responses that are not fully recorded. These may include surveys where participants have reached the end but didn’t hit submit due to technical issues or user error.
- Any participant that is stuck in the responses in progress section but completed the survey and submitted in Connect should be approved. Learn how to process pending submissions here.
