Our longitudinal study features allow you to do the following when including participants in a follow-up study:
- Schedule messages for specific times
- Send messages to a participant group
- Send messages for a project with included participants
- Send a message when a scheduled project goes live
- Send a message from the "manage participants" page (both individually and in bulk)
How Can I Schedule a Message for a Specific Time?
1. Navigate to the Conversations area
2. Select the "Compose" button
3. After inputting the participants ((by Connect IDs, project ID with an include list, or participant group) to whom you would like to send the message, select the arrow dropdown next to the Send button and select "Schedule Send."
4. Select the date and time when you would like to send this message.
How Can I Message a Participant Group?
1. Navigate to the Conversations area
2. Select the "Compose" button
3. Select the participant dropdown and then "Participant Groups".
4. Select from the dropdown the specific group you would like to send this message to.
How Can I Send Messages to Included Participants?
1. Navigate to the Conversations area
2. Select the "Compose" button
3. Select the participant dropdown and then "Project (Included Participants)".
4. From the dropdown select the study you would like to send messages for.
How Can I Send Messages from a Project with Included Participants?
1. Locate the study you would like to message participants about on your dashboard.
2. Select the "..." button and then "Message Now" (to send the message now) or "Schedule Message" (to send the message at a later time).
*If your study is scheduled to launch (not already live), you can ONLY utilize the "Schedule Message" option which allows you to schedule the message send out to occur at a time after the study is launched or at the exact time of the launch.*
How Can I Send Messages from the Manage Participants Area?
1. Locate the study you would like to message participants about on your dashboard.
2. Select the "..." button and then "Manage".
3. Scroll to the Participants area where you will see all participant info. Select the "..." button next to the participant you would like to message and then hit "Message Participant".
4. To bulk message participants from the Manage area, select the check boxes next to each participant and then from the Manage Participants dropdown hit "Message Participants"
5. A message box with the participant ID(s) will appear.
How to Delete a Scheduled Message
1. Navigate to the Conversations area.
2. Select "Scheduled" and then the specific message you created.
3. Select the Delete button from the top.
4. Select Delete from the following pop-up.
