Recording Connect IDs

Recording people's Connect IDs is a standard practice that should happen with every study. Recording Connect IDs allows you to match participants' record of participation on Connect with the data gathered in your survey. Connect IDs are necessary for issuing approvals or rejections and are often useful when aiming to include or exclude participants from future studies.

You can record Connect IDs automatically by enabling the embedded data feature in your survey platform or you can program a question within your survey that asks people to enter their ID.
