When a participant completes your survey, they are allowed to leave a rating with comments and feedback. These ratings are then visible to participants under a study that you posted.
What Categories can Participants Rate a Researcher on?
User Experience: How clear and easy was it to navigate through this project?

Compensation: Was the payment fair for the amount and type of tasks in this project?
Can Everyone see the Rating Comments Left by Participants?
No, only the researcher (and Connect admins) can see the actual comments participants left regarding why they selected the ratings for each category on projects. This is not visible to other participants.
What is the Difference Between Researcher Ratings and Project Ratings?
Researcher Ratings are visible under a study and are based on all project ratings you received for all studies you have ever launched on Connect.
Project Ratings are unique to each project you launched. After completing a project, participants are able to leave a rating for each of the above categories.
How Can I View a Specific Project's Rating?
1. Locate the study on your dashboard.
2. Select the rating box.
3. A box will appear with the ratings and comments from each participant.4. If you select the "Download CSV" button this information will also be available for you in a CSV file.
How Can I View my Researcher Rating?
1. Select your username from the top right corner.
2. Click on your star rating and a box with each category's rating will appear.
*Researcher Ratings will only be visible if you have completed at least 10 studies.*
What Impact do These Ratings Have on Researchers?
Having a low researcher rating can lead to low data collection speed. Participants are less likely to accept a study from a researcher who has low ratings. We also have a commitment to providing participants with highly rated researchers. In times when a researcher’s low ratings can be due a Terms of Service violation, we will remove the researcher from the site.
